First scientific NELFA report

Today, NELFA published its first scientific report. I’ts a legal analysis of the Coman judgment before the EJC and its implications. It was written by Alina Tryfonidou, a new supporting individual member of NELFA (Prof. at University of Reading).

Find the publication on NELFA’s website and read the corresponding press release.

The very first copy of the report was handed over to the EU Commission, at a meeting on 17th of January in Brussels (with adviser Monika Ladmanová – team Jourová). It was a really friendly encounter, but too short to dig into the details. But, the EU Commission already invited NELFA to a next meeting in February with staff members of DG Justice. A good start!

At the moment, NELFA has 34 member organisations, representing 28 European countries. Recently, Asociatia Accept in Romania joined us and we are very happy about it! They will send two candidates to the current Erasmus+ project.
